Crocheted throw
I made this blue and cream throw for my brother and sister-in-law. Their birthdays are both in March and since they are moving to Washington in about 6 weeks I thought they could definitely use another blanket around the house. You received a little glimpse of it back here but here are a couple more pictures of the finished product. I used some of Vanna's Choice yarn and I was surprised how soft it ended up. I really like the texture of the finished blanket plus it is machine washable which is a big plus with two toddlers running around the house. I hope it gets good use in their new home.

What a lovely birthday/housewarming present! I love to receive handmade gifts. And I have to say how impressed I am that you can both sew AND crochet. I tried knitting once and it didn't go so well.
Really beautiful!
